Terms of Service

These terms are written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@condoclearfl.com and we will explain it.

Who we are

CondoClear is operated by Aaron Gordon, d/b/a CondoClear, Florida, USA — mailing address to be added before launch.

What CondoClear does

You upload the condo documents you were given. We read them, pull out what matters to a buyer, and explain it in plain English with a page reference back to the document it came from. You get a report, a list of questions to ask, and a guide for what to do before you buy.

What CondoClear is not

CondoClear reads your condo documents and explains them in plain English. It is not legal, engineering, accounting, lending, insurance or investment advice.

We do not inspect the building, value the property, or tell you whether to buy. We can only read the documents you give us. If a document is missing, unreadable, out of date or wrong, our report will reflect that — we say so honestly rather than guessing. Always confirm anything important with the association, your attorney, your lender or a licensed professional before you rely on it.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to share the documents you upload, that the details you give us about the property are accurate, and that you will not use the report to break the law or mislead anyone.

Payment, turnaround and refunds

CondoClear Complete is $299 and is delivered within 48 hours. CondoClear Priority is $499 and is delivered within 24 hours. In both cases the clock starts when you press Submit documents for review, not when you pay.

If you have not yet submitted your documents for review, you can ask for a full refund and we will give it. Once our review has started, refunds are handled case by case — write to us and we will make it right where we can.

Your documents and your privacy

Your documents are private to your account. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep them and how to have them deleted.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to be accurate and every figure in your report is traced back to a page in your documents. Even so, the report is an explanation of documents, not a guarantee about the building or the association. To the fullest extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for your review.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update the effective date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you by email. Questions: support@condoclearfl.com.
